Mission: to advise the administration on issues and policies concerning enhanced participation, to the maximum extent feasible, of third-party contractors at all levels, included but not limited to
apprenticeship programs, training programs, etc., for MBEs, DBEs, WBEs, and the lower-to-moderate income residents, etc. within the distressed areas as mandated by City government regulations.
