Administration

 

The Department is managed by the Fire Chief, with duties delegated to First Deputy Chiefs. This management team, along with the Administrative Officer, provides administrative controls for the Department. The team also conducts the activities of planning, controlling, operating, billing and staffing to achieve the Goals of the Organization.
