ARREST WARRANT

READING – August 8, 2022: The Reading Police Department , Criminal Investigations Division, is releasing the following information relating to the Shooting Investigation that occurred in the 400 Block of Spring Garden St on July 31, 2022 at approximately 0300hrs (3:00 am) . This shooting resulted in the death of Edwin Rivera -Valentín.

The investigation led by Criminal Investigator Trevor Atkins resulted in an arrest warrant for Homicide Charges on Luis Cepeda-Morales  aka “ Oriel ”.

Luis Cepeda-Morales has not been located and The Reading Police Department is request ing that anyone with information on his whereabouts contact the Reading Po ice Department at 610-655-6116.
