City of Reading Launches New Online Vacant Property Registry

Reading, PA - The City of Reading is excited to announce the launch of its new Vacant Property Registry powered by TOLEMI. This innovative system provides online services to property owners, banks, and servicers operating in Reading, enabling them to easily register vacant or in-default properties to meet city ordinance requirements.
