Reading, PA: The City of Reading is thrilled to announce the outstanding winners of the 2023 Holiday Parade in various categories, showcasing the incredible talent and creativity within our community.

Best Band:

Best Performance:

1. Roxy’s Dance Expressions

3. Alvernia University Dance Team

Best Float:

1. Superheroes for Autism
2. Savage Auto Group R-Phil’s Mascot Band
