On Monday, March 16th, 2020, the City of Reading issued a Declaration of Disaster Emergency to address the COVID-19 outbreak. The declaration provides the City increased flexibility to expeditiously and efficiently conduct business and operate as close to regular as possible. As of June 1, 2021, City Hall is now open to the public. To enter City Hall, please use the 8th Street main entrance.
Appointments are highly encouraged. There will be a greeter at the entrance and a maximum capacity of 2 persons per suite.
