825 E. Wyomissing Blvd (Reading Truck Group) Preliminary/Final Plan - The preliminary/final subdivision and annexation plan to subdivide a parcel from Tom Masano Auto Group and annex it to Reading Truck Body was approved by the Planning Commission at the September 2021 meeting.

1201 N. 9th Street (Marion Street Fire Station) Preliminary/Final Plan - The applicant received preliminary/final plan approval for a proposed fire station during the August 24, 2021 Planning Commission meeting.


208 Chestnut Street (Remcon Plastics) Final Plan – The applicant received final plan approval for a proposed storage building during the July 27, 2021 Planning Commission meeting.

654-660 Schuylkill Avenue (Isla Property Management 1,LLC) Preliminary/Final Plan – The applicant received preliminary/final plan approval to consolidate four parcels into a single deed during the July 27, 2021 Planning Commission meeting.


1375 Pershing Boulevard (Hummingbird Hill) Final Plan - The applicant received final plan approval for the annexation plan to convey properties between Wyomissing Park Apartments and Hummingbird Hill Condominiums


- 575 Saint Bernardine Street (The Nature Place Phase 2) Preliminary/Final Plan - The applicant received preliminary/final plan approval for an expansion to the Nature Place’s existing nature center.


459 Miltimore Street et al. (Buttonwood Gateway) Preliminary Plan - The applicant received preliminary plan approval for a proposed residential development of eleven units during the April 27th, 2021 Planning Commission meeting.


912 & 914 Lancaster Avenue (Asian Spa) Final Annexation and Land Development Plan - The applicant received final plan approval to consolidate the two lots and add an apartment unit on March 23rd, 2021.


1001 Scott Street (Reading Housing Authority) Preliminary/Final Land Development Plan - The applicant received preliminary/final plan approval for construction of a parking lot and expansion of the Housing Authority's administration building.


645 N. 6th Street (Hope Rescue Mission) Final Land Development Plan – The applicant received final plan approval to repurpose the existing thrift store structure into a women and children’s shelter at the February 23rd, 2021 meeting.


601 Canal Street (Reading Skate Park Association) Preliminary/Final Land Development Plan – The applicant received preliminary/final plan approval for a proposed skate park on February 23rd, 2021.


614 Gregg Avenue (Reading Soda Works) Preliminary/Final Land Development Plan – The applicant received preliminary/final plan approval for a new warehouse and parking lot on February 23rd, 2021.
