Stadium Capital Annual Approval Process


  1. The General Manager of the Fightin Phils shall develop and submit a proposal to the Stadium Commission by the second Wednesday of January of each calendar year.


  2. The Stadium Commission will review the proposal at the first meeting of the calendar year.


  3. The Stadium Commission will approve the expenditure at the first meeting or make recommendations back to the General Manager.


  4. If approved the Commission will immediately notify the city liaison at the Department of Public Works and the General Manager of the Fightin Phils.


  5. After notification of Commission approval the Public Works Department will approve and process payment.


  6. Any additional communications and other requirements will be coordinated through the Public Works Department.
