The Human Resources Division is the central office responsible for administrative support to all City employees for personnel matters. The Office maintains employment records and manages the City’s hiring process. The Office is also responsible for administering and providing information on payroll changes, life and medical insurance benefits, worker's compensation and deferred and salary compensation. Additionally, the Office oversees the City's labor relation's efforts including labor negotiations, labor contract administration and grievance procedures.
