Reporting By Haulers: All trash and recycling haulers are required to provide the following information:
1. A list of their private customers by February 1st and September 1st of every year. This biannual requirement, helps the City minimize illegal dumping that affects everyone in the city, including your customers. Please use the template provided below: \
2. In addition, all haulers must provide an annual report detailing the tonnage of recycling collected from each property within the City of Reading on or before February 1st of every year.
Reporting By Businesses: All businesses, multi-family properties with 5+ units, and institutions are required to provide the following information annually:
• Evidence of a current agreement for trash and recycling services with a private hauler.
• Total tonnage of recyclables collected from your property/business.
Businesses need only provide the above information in the event that their contracted hauler does not. It is the responsibility of each business and/or property owner to ensure their hauler submits the proper information. To self-report, please use the following form:
