American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA)

The Application: This is where you can apply for the ARPA grant money. Please take the time to fill out the entire form accurately. There is a "Save and Continue" button at the bottom of the form to allow you time to look up information asked of you and resume the application at a later time.

The FINANCIAL QUESTIONNAIRE: MANDATORY TO BE CONSIDERED FOR ARPA FUNDING The purpose of this questionnaire is to provide the City Of Reading (COR) with information needed to assess the adequacy of your organization’s accounting policies and procedures and grants management practices.

Attend the ARPA VIRTUAL Assistance Zoom Meeting (optional) Sign up to participate in the COR hosted ZOOM meeting to provide assistance in the application process. These meetings will be held on Wednesday August 23rd and Wednesday September 6th both at 9:30am
