Mayor McMahon, Local Hospital And Reading Railers Reward "Mayor's Kids For A Clean City"

Mayor Thomas McMahon, Mayor of the City of Reading Pennsylvania, Mike Jupina, Vice President,

Marketing and Communications, St Joseph’s Medical Center of Reading, Pennsylvania, and

Mary Ann Male, Reading Railers Owner and Director of Community Relations, announced the first of

five planned events that will take place on December 15, 2007, rewarding youth members for active

participation in “The Mayor’s Kids for a Clean City Club.”   “This Club is part of our focus on youth

involvement in reducing litter in the City and these Reading Railers games are free to the kids thanks

to St Joseph’s,”  stated McMahon.  “Mayor McMahon has come up with a creative way to involve

children in making the city an even better place to live, work, and play.  We believe the Reading

Railers’ Community Seat Program will motivate kids to get involved and make a difference in their

neighborhoods.  St Joseph’s is proud to be part of these efforts,” added Jupina.
