Juan Carlos Rivera aka Moyo

Juan Carlos Rivera, Baltazar Martinez-Almanza and Miguel Angel Cintron are wanted for Theft and related charges.  The incident occurred in the 700 block 10th Street, City of Reading on November 9, 2008.  On that date and time, Rivera, Martinez-Almanza, and Cintron  stole the victim’s car.  Later, while operating the vehicle they were involved in a hit and run accident.  They fled the scene of the accident.
