James Albert Winfield III

James Albert Winfield III is currently wanted for a Parole Violation.  The violation stems from Winfield being on parole and having new charges field against him.  The new case is relative to the December 31, 2005 shooting inside a retail store.  Winfield is accused of illegally possessing a firearm, and recklessly firing the handgun in his possession at that time.
