• Develop written
procedures and/or supervisory training for employment
practices
• Maintain or improve the current level of health
care benefits while monitoring costs.
• Coordinate and facilitate the HPO program for
improving the City’s cultural values
• Perform audit/assessment of City property valuations.
• Implement and conduct personnel functions in
an efficient and competent manner.
• Develop new employee orientation (city wide).
