Goals for 2012

• Reduce civilian fire deaths and injuries by 10 %
  
  
• Increase Fire Fighter Safety thru training and an increased awareness
  
  
• Coordinate Local Emergency Operations
  
  
• Continue Joint Technical Rescue Operations with County Agencies
  
  
• Maintain a response time to incidents of less than 4 minutes, on average
  
  
• Continue to increase the capabilities of EMS units
  
  
• Continue to increase fire prevention and education
  
  
• Continue efforts to increase Department capabilities to above pre act 47 levels
  
  
• Improve the organizations capabilities thru further use of Informational Technology
  
  
• Study and pursue more efficient ways to conduct assigned responsibilities
  
  
• Be the catalyst for inter-departmental cooperation
  
  
• Accomplish the aforementioned goals with financial diligence
