Specifications for bids are available in several ways:

2. Call us at (610) 655-6207 or email us
at purchasing@readingpa.org and we will mail the specifications to you, be certain
to reference the Bid Number and Name, your name, company
name, address and phone and fax numbers in your email
request, or
3. Visit the Purchasing Office and pick
up the specifications between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and
4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding government
holidays.
NOTICE: Downloading specifications from
this site constitutes agreement that you are fully responsible
to advise the City of Reading Purchasing Office that you
have obtained this document. Failure to notify us may
result in you not being notified of any addenda. Failure
to acknowledge all addenda would result in rejection of
your bid as non-responsive. In case of an inconsistency
between information on this site and the written document,
the written document shall prevail.
