City Council

City Council Members

The six District Council Members are elected by each of the city's six districts. These are part-time positions.

This body oversees the performance of the management of the government to improve service delivery and outcomes. Council monitors spending to ensure compliance with the approved budgets and financial plans.

City Council is empowered to call for investigations and audits. They retain an independent auditor to provide an annual independent audit.
