The re-codification of the City’s Code Book on August 26, 2013 changed the numbering system and organization of the City’s Code Book. Ordinances posted in this area of the City’s web site prior to August 26, 2013 use the old numbering system. Where there is a conflict between an ordinance posted in this section and the City's Code of Ordinances, the Code of Ordinances shall govern.
