Police Diversity Board

Mission: To develop and implement municipal policies and procedures that increase the representation of Hispanics and other minority groups within the Reading Police Dept., ensure fair and equitable treatment of Police applicants and potential applicants, and foster better relations between the Police Department and Reading’s minority community, especially those community members whose primary language is not English.
