Mission: To advise administration on issues and policies concerning enhanced participation, to the maximum extent feasible, in employment practices at all levels, included but not limited to apprenticeship programs, training programs, etc. for MBEs,DBEs, WBEs, and the lower to moderate income residents, etc. with in the distressed areas as mandated by city, state and federal governments regulations.

Meetings: Meets first week of each month
