Meetings: 1st Thursday of the month 7:30 p.m. Penn Room
Created by Resolution No. 29-2002, amended by Resolution 31-2002; Composed of 8 City Residents, 3 County residents to review, research, and update existing legislation and draft new legislation that will improve the quality of life for residents and address the revitalization of Reading. Committee will be assisted by Coucil staff, Solicitor, and representatives from local State legislative offices.
Amended Resolution 78, August 9, 2010 to include a removal process.
