Electricians' Examining Board

Mission: To determine the fitness of applicants for licenses and to investigate and reporton all proposed suspensions or revocations of licenses, and to administer test and investigate complaints against license holders.

Bill No. 35, September 15, 1954, amended Bill No. 7, February 11, 1976, amended Bill No. 81, October 8, 1986, amended by Bill No. 10, July 31, 1999 amended Bill 50 August 9, 2010 to include a removal process.

Term:  The members of this Board shallserve for a term of six (6) years. In the event of a failure to appoint a successor after the expiration of any member's term, such member shall continue to serve until successors are appointed.
